Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
Reverse pickup may be arranged where service is available. In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the parcel to the return address provided by our support team.

- Share the courier receipt and tracking details in self-ship cases.
- Approval and reimbursement, if applicable, will be handled as per support review.
Refunds after Return Approval
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection.

- Processing timelines depend on the payment method and banking partner.
- Shipping, COD, platform, convenience, or gift charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.
