Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality check. We keep the process simple and transparent.
Refund eligibility
To keep it fair, refunds are approved when items meet these conditions.
Return window
Return/refund requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.
Item condition
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact and returned with original packaging/invoice where applicable.
Non-refundable charges
Shipping/COD/gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
Promo / coupon orders
If a promotional/coupon code was used, approved refunds are issued as store credit.
Timeline (typical)
Reverse pickup is attempted within a few business days. After item reaches our warehouse and clears QC, refund is processed shortly after.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your pin code, we may request self-shipping (support will guide you).
