Cancellation rules

Before shipment
Once an order is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled/refunded as it enters processing.
However, if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, we issue a credit code
for the equivalent amount (usable on future purchases).
After shipment
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If eligible, you can request return/exchange after delivery as per the Returns & Exchanges policy.
