I am extremely disappointed with my past and recent purchases from Melangebox T Hammo’s. This time I decided to send out a feedback email. You could check my account for the purchase history.
While the material quality is good, the inconsistencies in sizing, print quality, and labelling are unacceptable.
Despite ordering the same size across multiple T-shirts, the fit varies drastically—some are too tight, while others are too loose. The label print quality also appears inconsistent, with some designs fading quickly. Furthermore, the labels do not match the advertised details, raising concerns about quality control.
As a paying customer, I expect consistency and reliability in the products I receive. I urge you to address these issues immediately and provide a resolution.
One of the T-Hammo's (Black) from the recent purchase had no label and had dust on it. I have attached all the pictures of the latest order, highlighting the faded label in the Black Tee Hammo, and also the mismatch in the printed label style.
This reeks unprofessionalism.
